Curve provides private label and white label manufacturing for custom sublimated apparel.
Businesses, brands and organizations can use existing Curve apparel products for their own branded product lines. Private Label / White Label garments can be manufactured with the customer's custom graphics and proprietary internal labels, without Curve branding on the finished garments.

The minimum order for Curve Private Label / White Label apparel is 50 pieces.

Private Label / White Label manufacturing does not include development of an entirely new garment, garment pattern or construction system.

Curve branding does not appear on finished Private Label / White Label garments.
Artwork for Private Label Apparel
Customers may provide production-ready artwork, logos, existing graphics or a design concept.
Curve can prepare normal custom garment layouts using supplied logos, graphics and other design elements.
AI-generated apparel images are considered visual concepts rather than production artwork. If an AI-generated concept requires artwork recreation before it can be manufactured, the artwork requirements and cost are evaluated separately.
Curve does not and will not reproduce your graphics for other clients. However,

Private Label / White Label Order Process
1. Submit Your Project Information
Provide the Curve apparel product you are interested in, approximate quantity, branding requirements and any available artwork or graphics.
Initial project review is free of charge.
2. Product and Pricing Review
Curve reviews the project, confirms whether the selected garment is suitable for Private Label / White Label production and provides pricing.
3. $150 Order Deposit
A $150 Order Deposit is required before customer-specific garment design and layout work begins.
The $150 deposit is applied 100% to the production order. The deposit becomes non-refundable once customer-specific design work begins.
4. Custom Artwork and Garment Layout
Curve prepares the custom garment layout for customer review and approval.
Specialized artwork recreation or other work outside normal garment layout is identified and invoiced separately.
5. Artwork Approval and Final Payment
After the customer approves the garment artwork, the remaining production balance is paid in full.
6. Private Label Apparel Production
Production begins after artwork approval and payment in full.
Standard production lead time for custom sublimated apparel is approximately 4–6 weeks.

Existing Curve garment samples may be available before placing a Private Label / White Label production order.
Existing samples can be used to evaluate:

We DO NOT manufacture individual Private Label / White Label samples with customer-specific graphics and labels. If you require custom samples with your graphics, we can produce a 10 piece minimum order with your proprietary graphics and our standard Curve internal labels. Pricing is based on our standard 20 piece minimum pricing plus a 25% up-charge.

Does Curve manufacture private label and white label custom apparel?
Yes. Curve provides private label and white label manufacturing for custom sublimated apparel using our existing garment products, fabrics, patterns and construction methods.
What is the minimum order for private label apparel?
The minimum order for Curve Private Label / White Label apparel is 50 pieces. Additional minimum quantities may apply by garment style, pattern or other production requirements.
What types of private label apparel can Curve manufacture?
Private Label / White Label options include Lightweight Sun Protection Hoodies, performance shirts, fishing shirts, rash guards, Thermal Stretch Fleece Hoodies and other existing Curve custom sublimated apparel products.
Will Curve help us design a new product or develop a proprietary pattern for our brand?
No, we will not provide this service for new clients. For clients with an existing order history with us, we may elect to discuss this on a case by case basis.
Can we order initial samples of our private label products before placing a production order?
No. We do not provide samples of white label garments. If you want to see a sample of a garment with your graphics we can produce a 10 piece minimum order with your external graphics but with our standard Curve branded interal labels.
Will Curve use our custom artwork for another customer?
No. Curve does not and will not intentionally reproduce or reuse customer-specific artwork, logos or proprietary graphics for other customers.
However, Curve does not provide design exclusivity or monitor future customer projects for visual similarities. Different customers may independently provide similar concepts, themes, colors, patterns or AI-generated design concepts.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use the artwork, logos and other intellectual property submitted to Curve for production.
