Custom Sublimated Clothing Order Procedure
We're happy to discuss your custom clothing order by phone, video chat, or email. The process is straightforward, and we'll work with you directly from initial design through production and delivery.
1. Choose Your Products
Choose the clothing styles you would like to order — Sun Hoodies, Fishing Shirts, Polo Shirts, Crew Shirts, Jackets, Cycling Jerseys, or other Curve custom apparel.
Minimum Orders
Our minimum custom clothing order is 20 total pieces, with a 10-piece minimum per individual garment style or pattern.
Different garment styles can be combined to reach the 20-piece order minimum. For example, you can order 10 Sun Hoodies and 10 Polo Shirts.
Sizes can be mixed within each 10-piece minimum. You do not need to order 10 pieces of the same size. Men's and women's sizes/patterns can also be combined within the 10-piece minimum.
When combining different garment styles, they need to share the same overall artwork — the same logos, patterns and design elements, generally using the same or coordinating colors. The number, size and placement of logos and design elements can be adjusted for each garment pattern (a sun hoodie may have a different logo layout than a polo shirt while still having the same overall design).
2. Colors, Logos & Design
Choose your base colors. You can provide Pantone colors or select colors from our Color Card.
Send us your logos and other artwork. Vector files are preferred, but we can also work with high-resolution JPG and PNG files.
Send us your ideas for the overall design, logo placement and background graphics. We'll develop the artwork for the individual garment patterns.
If you provide an AI-assisted design or rendering, we'll review the files to determine whether they are suitable for production. If artwork needs to be redrawn or prepared for printing, we'll provide a price quotation before proceeding. Our standard fee for converting AI assisted design to a printable art file is $75.
3. Samples
We can provide you with sample(s) of our garments for temporary review. Curve will mail you a package including samples of the garments you are interested in ordering. We will include a pre-paid return postage label so you can send the samples back to Curve when you're finished. This way you can see the fabric, printing quality, fit, construction quality, etc. There is no charge for this service (Curve pays the postage both directions), as we choose to trust that our potential clients will return the samples. Curve does not provide physical pre-production sample of your garments with your graphics.
If you require a physical sample for final approval before production, we can provide that. However, that is a separate order (we will provide a price quotation for this service on request), and the lead time is also 4-6 weeks for the sample.
4. Final Order Confirmation & Approval
Once the artwork, garment specifications, sizes and quantities are finalized, we'll provide a final order confirmation and artwork layout for your approval. This is a digital file (not a physical sample).
Please review the confirmation carefully. It documents the details we will use to manufacture your order.
We'll then send you a payment link. Custom clothing orders require 100% prepayment.
Once the artwork and order confirmation are approved, sizes and quantities are confirmed, and payment is received, the order is submitted for production immediately. No further changes to artwork or sizes & quantities can be made after production begins. We can, however add extra items to the existing purchase order provided the factory has not begun printing/cutting/sewing the order.
Once you've approved the artwork, sizes and quantities, there is nothing further you need to do. Curve will handle the subsequent production details directly with the manufacturing department.
5. Production
Standard production lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks after final approval and payment.
During this period your garments are being manufactured. There may not be a meaningful status update at every stage of production. We manage the order directly with the manufacturing department through production and will contact you if anything requires your attention.
6. Shipping & Delivery
When your order is finished, we'll ship it to you and provide you with a tracking information. We normally ship with US Postal Service, so please make sure your shipping address on your order can accept postal deliveries. We can also ship on your UPS or FedEx account.
Reorders
We retain your artwork and order specifications, making repeat orders straightforward. Quantities, sizes and other details can be updated for subsequent orders while maintaining the approved design.

We can email you a .pdf of this color card on request or you can download it from our Google drive here: Curve Custom Color Card
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. The client is responsible for checking the order confirmation and artwork proofs in detail for any errors. Curve is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved art proofs.
