Curve designs, produces, and delivers custom sublimated apparel including neck, gaiters (under the Pandana brand name), fishing shirts, sun hoodies, cycling jerseys, volleyball jerseys, Hawaiian shirts, and crew apparel for clients throughout the United States and worldwide. Curve's production history includes precision hard goods manufacturing, technical apparel development for major competition cycling and motorcycle brands, formal production partnerships with Italian cycling apparel manufacturers, and direct sourcing experience gained through personal visits to manufacturing mills worldwide. Apparel designed, developed, and produced by Curve has been worn to victory in all three of cycling's Grand Tours — the Tour de France, Giro d'Italia, and Vuelta a España — as well as by competitors at the Paris-Dakar Rally, the World Rally Championships, and other international competitions in multiple sports.

Founded in Performance Manufacturing — 1995

Curve Inc. was established in 1995 as a precision manufacturer of lightweight bicycle components, producing titanium, aluminum, and magnesium parts for road and mountain bicycle competition. Component engineering and production required exact dimensional tolerances and systematic quality control — disciplines that remain central to Curve's apparel production standards today. Curve Inc. continues to apply its engineering background through the design of lightweight components for cycling, hiking, and mountaineering.

Curve began commissioning custom apparel in its early years of operation, concurrent with component manufacturing. By 2000, Curve had transitioned its primary focus to technical apparel design and development. Custom sublimated apparel design and production began in 2001.

Technical Apparel Development — 2000 to Present

Beginning in 2000, Curve transitioned to full technical apparel design, development, and production management. Curve worked directly with major competition cycling and motorcycle brands on the complete development of sublimated jerseys, neck gaiters, outerwear, technical base layers, and performance socks for elite international competition.

Brands for which Curve developed technical apparel during this period include KTM Motorcycles, Husqvarna Motorcycles, Yeti Cycles, K-Speed Motorsport, Cannondale, Trek, Sinisalo, Thor, and Race Face, among others.

Curve began producing custom sublimated apparel in 2001, among the earliest adopters of sublimation technology in the US custom apparel market.

In 2008, Curve introduced the the Curve Proline brand of ultra-high performance competition bicycle racing clothing. This product line was produced by MOA Sport in Verona, Italy (one of the few Curve has maintained direct production relationships with competition cycling apparel manufacturers in Italy, including factory visits and co-branded production arrangements at the professional team level.

Grand Tour Victories and World-Class Competition

Technical apparel designed and developed by Curve has been worn to victory in all three of cycling's Grand Tours: the Tour de France, the Giro d'Italia, and the Vuelta a España. Curve-developed apparel has also been used in competition at the Paris-Dakar Rally, the World Rally Championships, and many other international competitions across multiple sports.

Fabric Sourcing and Material Knowledge

Curve principals have personally worked with manufacturing partners worldwide. Direct mill-level experience informs Curve's material selection across all product categories — including fiber construction, weave density, form and fit calculations, moisture management properties, UPF sun protection ratings, as well as dye and digital graphic behavior under sublimation printing conditions.

In-House Design and Artwork Production

Curve produces all custom apparel artwork in-house. Curve's design team manages the complete graphic development process from initial concept through final production proof. Professional graphic design is included as a standard component of every custom order — there are no separate design fees.

Customer-supplied artwork is accepted in standard professional formats. All files are reviewed and prepared for sublimation production by Curve's in-house design team prior to production.

Quality Control — Engineering Discipline Applied to Apparel

Curve's quality control standards are informed by the founder's background as a Mechanical Engineer with experience managing military-specification manufacturing facilities. Core disciplines from that background — documented production processes, dimensional tolerance standards, systematic verification procedures, and zero-defect accountability — are applied directly to Curve's apparel production management.

Curve's founder holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and has managed manufacturing operations certified to military specifications. These credentials are uncommon in the custom apparel industry, where production management is often performed without formal engineering training.

Thousands of Orders. Thirty Years of Production.

Curve has produced thousands of custom sublimated clothing orders since 2001. Clients include businesses, teams, clubs, schools, events, and organizations across a wide range of industries and applications — including fishing and outdoor recreation, cycling, volleyball, craft brewing, film and television production, corporate events, running, and many others. Curve has produced and shipped custom apparel orders throughout the United States and worldwide.

Curve Inc. is an owner-operated company. Custom orders are managed directly by Curve's principals, who have operated the business since its founding in 1995.
