Curve Liquid Professional is a complete custom Sun protection apparel system built for people who play and work on the water. Fishing teams and clubs, fishing guides, charter captains, yacht crews, dive operators, swimming pool lifeguards and staff, beach lifeguard patrols, boat rental operations, river rafting guides, kayak tour operators, sailing crews, or anyone who spends time on or near the water.

These are all products that we've been using, and our clients have been very satisfied. It's a compilation of our products that lend themselves to water based activity in the Sun.

Sublimated Design Options:

Option 1: 10 Piece minimum per style. 3 logo positions on a standard background color or pattern.

Choose a standard background color or pattern.
We place your logo or text in the three standard locations.
Fully sublimated graphics (logos and background colors/patterns).

Option 2: 10 Piece minimum per style. Full custom design.

Provide us with your custom design idea along with printable design elements (logos, background patterns, colors, etc.).
We place your layout into our template.
If you have an AI rendering, we will provide a price quotation for converting it into a printable graphic file.
Fully sublimated graphics (logos and background design).
Working from an AI-assisted design? We can help you get it print-ready.

Fabric Options:

Option 1: UPF 30+ 120 GSM (grams per square meter of fabric), perforated fabric.

Curve UPF 30+ sun protection fabric is a very lightweight fabric with a soft hand. Great for warmer weather or as a middle layer. Very tiny holes allow the fabric to breath while still offering sun protection. Wear with or without a t-shirt or base layer underneath.

Option 2: UPF 50+ 180 GSM continuous fiber fabric.

Curve UPF 50+ continuous fiber sun protection fabric is a lightweight and comfortable fabric with a finish that offers durability and excellent performance. A great choice for teams and crews who spend extended hours in the sun.

Artwork and setup fees:

If your design elements are printable (your logos and other design elements), we do not charge for setup and art layout.
We can provide design support (re-drawing logos in vector format, etc.) for a reasonable fee. We provide pricing for this service on a case by case basis.
Please send us your logo files, and we will let you know what is the best way to generate a high resolution sublimated graphic layout.

AI-Assisted Art Renderings:

Many of our clients have been asking us to produce shirts with sublimated graphics that have been assisted by AI.
While AI can generate these renderings and make quite detailed designs, the graphic files are often not printable because they are too low resolution or include design elements that will not print as they appear on the screen.
If you have an AI-assisted art rendering, please send us your art files, and we can let you know if they are usable as-is, or if they can be modified for print.
If your files cannot be printed, we can provide a price quotation for turning your rendering into a printable file.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for Curve Liquid Professional apparel?

10 pieces per style for clothing. 50 pieces for Pandana gaiters. All items feature custom sublimated graphics.

What is the difference between UPF 30+ and UPF 50+?

UPF 30+ perforated fabric blocks 97% of UV radiation and is the lightest, most breathable option. UPF 50+ blocks 98% of UV.

Do you charge setup or design fees?

We do not charge setup or design fees if your design elements (logos, patterns, etc.) are printable as is.

Do you work with AI generated art renderings?

Yes, we're happy to work with your AI renderings. Please note that if your design files are not in printable format or not high enough resolution, we can usually re-draw your graphics in a format acceptable for printing. We will provide a price quotation for this service (before we proceed), as this falls outside of our standard "No setup or design fees". We review every design on a case by case basis to work with you to arrive at a good solution for your design concept.

Will my design look exactly like my AI rendering?

Usually there is some small differences between the AI renderings and the final, printable artwork. This is because AI doesn't produce graphics that are ready to print, and often they include many design details that are not printable. But this varies dramatically on a case by case basis.

Can we work with our own graphic designer?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with our design templates, and you can generate a design with your own graphic designer.

How long does production take?

Standard production is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from final art approval and payment. Contact us to discuss rush options if you have a specific event or season deadline.
