Custom Sublimated Performance Fleece Hoodies & Sweatshirts
Curve Custom Sublimated Performance Fleece Hoodie Sweatshirts are custom-manufactured from 280 GSM stretch performance fleece consisting of 90% polyester and 10% elastic fiber. The 280 GSM fabric is similar in weight to a standard cotton-blend sweatshirt. The fabric has a brushed interior and is fully printable using all-over sublimation. Two garment styles are available: a Full-Zip Performance Fleece Hoodie Sweatshirt with zippered side pockets and a Pullover Performance Fleece Hoodie Sweatshirt with a single front kangaroo pocket.
Curve's custom performance fleece hoodies combine the comfort of a traditional sweatshirt with features commonly found in technical outerwear. The stretch fleece microfiber fabric has a soft, brushed interior, while providing breathability, moisture wicking, and flexibility. Our hoodies are printed using full-color, high definition, edge to edge dye sublimated digital graphics. The Full-Zip model includes a full-length front zipper and zippered side pockets, giving it similar functionality to a lightweight soft-shell jacket. Unlike conventional cotton-blend sweatshirts, these garments can be custom printed across the entire fabric surface including custom background colors and patterns which can't be achieved with silk screened or heat transfer graphics.

Ordering & Production Process

Request a Quote
Send us your project information, including the product, quantity, sizes, artwork or design concept, and delivery location. We will review the project and provide a price quotation including any applicable artwork fees and estimated shipping costs. -
Pay the $150 Order Deposit
A $150 order deposit is required before we begin customer-specific design and layout work. The deposit is applied in full to your production order and becomes non-refundable once design work begins. -
Artwork and Garment Layout
Curve prepares the artwork and garment layout for production using our garment templates. If your project begins with an AI-generated concept rather than usable production artwork or design elements (logos, background patterns, etc.), artwork recreation may be required. Review and Approve the Artwork
We send the completed garment layout to you for review and/or revision. Production does not begin until the artwork is finalized and approved. -
Pay the Remaining Order Balance
After artwork approval, the remaining balance of the production order is due in full. -
Production Begins
Production begins after artwork approval and final payment. Standard production lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks. -
Shipping
When production is complete, your order is shipped to the delivery address provided. Shipping is additional and is calculated separately based on the order size, destination, and shipping method. Tracking information is provided when the order ships.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine men's and women's sizes in one order?
Yes. Men's and women's sizes can be combined within the same order. The minimum order is 20 total pieces.
Can the Full-Zip and Pullover fleece hoodie models be combined to meet the minimum order?
Yes. We can combine 10 Full-Zip and 10 Pullover fleece hoodies to meet the 20-piece minimum. Other combinations may also be possible. Contact Curve with the quantities you need for each model and we will confirm pricing.
Can I order a sample before placing a production order?
Yes. Existing garment samples may be available for evaluation. We do not produce samples with custom graphics.
Can you create the garment artwork for us?
Yes. Curve can prepare standard garment layouts using your logos, colors, text, and other usable design elements. Customer-specific design and layout work begins after the $150 order deposit is paid. The deposit is applied in full to your production order.
Can you work from an AI-generated hoodie or sweatshirt concept?
Possibly. AI-generated garment images are concepts and generally do not contain the production artwork required to manufacture the garment. Curve will evaluate the concept to determine whether it can reasonably be recreated as production-ready artwork. Additional artwork fees may apply. When does the 4–6 week production lead time begin?
The standard 4–6 week production lead time begins after the garment artwork is finalized and approved and the remaining production-order balance has been paid in full.
Is shipping included in the published garment prices?
No. Shipping is additional. Estimated shipping costs are included with the project quotation and are based on the order size, destination, and shipping method. Tracking information is provided when the completed order ships.
