Unlike competitors who charge extra for each print location, our full all-over, edge to edge sublimated graphics cover the entire custom hoodie — front, back, sleeves, and hood (inside and out) — all included in the price. Background colors, logos, patterns, and other design elements all print simultaneously. So if you're going for a particular look, sublimation is your only choice. Silk screening, heat stamped logos, or embroidery just can't compete.

1. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 10 pieces per style and colorway.

2. What is the difference between the UPF 30+ and UPF 50+ fabric options?
Both fabrics are fully sublimated and priced the same. The UPF 30+ option is an ultra-lightweight perforated fabric — the most breathable choice, ideal for hot conditions like fishing and outdoor work. The UPF 50+ option is a lightweight continuous fiber fabric with superior moisture wicking — better for higher output activities or cooler conditions.

3. What does UPF mean, and how much sun protection do these custom sun shirts provide?
UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor. Our UPF 30+ fabric blocks 97% of UV radiation; our UPF 50+ fabric blocks 98%. Both ratings provide excellent sun protection for extended outdoor exposure.

4. Are these shirts suitable for fishing, hiking, and outdoor work?
Yes. Our sun hoodies are used by fishing guides, landscape crews, trail crews, construction teams, and outdoor brands. The double-layer hood provides full neck and head coverage, and the elastic edge cuffs protect your wrists. Both fabric options are designed for all-day wear in sun and heat.

5. How does the design process work?
Send us your design ideas as written descriptions, hand-drawn sketches, photos of existing shirts, or art files from previous orders. If you have logos, send those files so we can incorporate them. We create an art layout for your approval, make revisions until you're satisfied, then move to production.

6. Can you match our exact brand or company colors?
Yes, if you have Pantone numbers we can match your colors very closely. CMYK and RGB values give us a starting point but don't translate exactly to sublimation printing. Pantone numbers give us the most accurate match.

7. What file format do we need for our logo or artwork?
Vector files (.ai or .eps) print most cleanly. We can also work with high-resolution .png or .jpg files. Send us what you have and we'll make it work.

8. Can I use AI-generated artwork for my custom sun hoodie or fishing shirt design?
Usually not directly. Most AI-generated apparel images are rendered composites. They show what a design might look like on a garment, but the artwork itself isn't separated into printable files. However, if you have an AI rendering you like, send it to us. We can often use it as a creative reference and develop production-ready sublimation artwork from it. The AI rendering becomes a starting point, not the final file.

9. What is the production lead time?
Approximately 4 weeks after receipt of payment and final artwork approval.

10. Is reorder time faster than the initial order?
Yes. Since the artwork is already set up, reorders typically take about 4 weeks as well, but the art approval process is much faster.

11. Do different products combine for quantity pricing?
Yes. Orders for sun hoodies, fishing shirts, Hawaiian shirts, cycling jerseys, and other apparel items all combine toward your quantity price break — as long as each style meets the 10-piece minimum.

12. Do these shirts come in both men's and women's fits?
Yes. Both men's and women's patterns are available.

13. Are the graphics sublimated or screen printed?
All graphics are sublimated. The colors and graphics are infused directly into the fabric fibers before the garment is sewn — they will not crack or peel over time. Sublimation also does not affect the breathability of the fabric.

14. Where are the shirts made and shipped from?
Orders ship from Boulder, Colorado. Our shirts are manufactured by our long-term production partners overseas.

15. What are the payment terms?
100% payment is due with the order.
