Custom Fishing Shirts and Tournament Fishing Jerseys
Custom sublimated fishing shirts for guides, charter boats, tournament teams, fishing clubs and outfitters.
Unlike competitors who charge extra for each print location, our full all-over sublimation covers the entire garment — front, back, sleeves, and hood — all included in the price.
Trusted by fishing guides, charter captains, and tournament teams who need professional-looking custom shirts that perform in the sun and salt.
Sublimation permanently infuses the graphics into the fabric — no cracking or peeling. Impossible to achieve with silk screen or embroidery.

Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Fishing Shirts
1. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 20 pieces per style and colorway.
2. What is the difference between the UPF 30+ and UPF 50+ fabric options?
Both fabrics are fully sublimated. The UPF 30+ option is an ultra-lightweight perforated fabric (120 grams per square meter) — the most breathable choice, ideal for hot conditions like fishing and outdoor work. The UPF 50+ option is a lightweight continuous fiber fabric with superior moisture wicking (180 grams per square meter) — better for higher output activities or cooler conditions.
3. What does UPF mean, and how much sun protection do these custom sun shirts provide?
UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor. Our UPF 30+ fabric blocks 97% of UV radiation; our UPF 50+ fabric blocks 98%. Both ratings provide excellent sun protection for extended outdoor exposure. Some people use the term SPF Shirts.
4. Are these shirts suitable for fishing and water sports?
Yes. Our fishing shirts are used by fishing guides, stand up paddlers, dive crews, boat charters, and anyone spending time in the sun. The double-layer hood provides full neck and head coverage, and the elastic edge cuffs protect your wrists. Both fabric options are designed for all-day wear in sun and heat.
5. How does the design process work?
Send us your design ideas as written descriptions, hand-drawn sketches, photos of existing shirts, or art files from previous orders. If you have logos, send those files so we can incorporate them. We create an art layout for your approval, make revisions until you're satisfied, then move to production. AI assisted artwork is welcome. Since most AI art is not high enough resolution to print, we may need to charge a fee to convert the files into a printable format. Please read our AI Assisted Design Page.
6. Can you match our exact brand or company colors?
Yes, if you have Pantone numbers we can match your colors very closely. CMYK and RGB values give us a starting point but don't translate exactly to sublimation printing. Pantone numbers give us the most accurate match.
7. What file format do we need for our logo or artwork?
Vector files (.ai or .eps) print most cleanly. We can also work with high-resolution .png or .jpg files. Send us what you have and we'll make it work.
8. Can you work with AI renderings?
Yes, we're happy to work with your AI renderings, and for detailed designs we require a 20 piece minimum order quantity. Please note that if your design files are not in printable format or not high enough resolution, we can usually re-draw your graphics in a format acceptable for printing. We will provide a price quotation for this service (before we proceed), as this falls outside of our standard "No setup or design fees". We review every design on a case by case basis to work with you to arrive at a good solution for your design concept. 9. What is the production lead time?
Approximately 4-6 weeks after receipt of payment and final artwork approval.
10. Do different products combine for quantity pricing?
Yes. Orders for fishing shirts, Hawaiian shirts, cycling jerseys, and other apparel items all combine toward your quantity price break — as long as each style meets the 20-piece minimum.
11. Do these shirts come in both men's and women's patterns?
Yes. Both men's and women's patterns are available.
12. Are the graphics sublimated or screen printed?
All graphics are sublimated. The colors and graphics are infused directly into the fabric fibers before the garment is sewn — they will not crack or peel over time. Sublimation also does not affect the breathability of the fabric.
13. Where are the shirts made and shipped from?
Orders ship from Boulder, Colorado. Our shirts are manufactured by our long-term production partners overseas.
14. What are the payment terms?
100% payment is due with the order.
Sublimation Explained
Sublimation enables full-coverage custom hoodies
without sacrificing performance
- Graphics are printed before the garment is sewn, allowing edge-to-edge designs
- Colors and graphics are infused into the fabric fibers, so they won’t crack or peel over time
