Custom Order Details

• Pandana tube bandanas are individually packaged in a printed poly-bag.
• After we receive your logos, preferred logo layout, and background color, we'll design your art layout (making revisions to your request) and send you a digital order confirmation with the artwork and order details for your final approval.
• Once you approve your order and submit payment, your order is placed into production.
• When your order is finished we ship your order and send you a tracking number.
• Custom orders require full payment in advance.

1. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 pieces per style and colorway.

2. What is the difference between the Standard, Premium 
Recycled, and Double Layer Thermal neck gaiters?
The Standard Neck Gaiter is made from standard seamless 
microfiber with a cut edge — our most economical option. 
The Premium Recycled Neck Gaiter is made from recycled 
seamless microfiber with a sewn hem top and bottom for a 
more durable, premium finish. The Double Layer Thermal 
Neck Gaiter is made from two layers of recycled microfiber 
for added warmth — ideal for cooler conditions.

3. What sizes are available?
The Standard and Premium Recycled gaiters are 25cm wide 
x 50cm long (approximately 10 x 20 inches). The Sun Gaiter 
version is 25cm wide x 35cm long (approximately 10 x 14 
inches). The Double Layer Thermal is 25cm wide x 35cm long.

4. Do the gaiters provide sun protection?
Yes. The fabric blocks more than 90% of UV rays and also 
protects against dust, wind, insects, and the elements.
The Double Layer Thermal Pandanas offer UPF 50+
Sun Protection.  The gaiters are ultra-lightweight
and packable. They stow easily in a pocket or bag.

5. How does the design process work?
Send us your logo (.ai, .eps, .jpg, or .png), your preferred 
layout, and background color. We design your art layout, 
make revisions to your request, and send you a digital order 
confirmation with artwork for your final approval. Once you 
approve and submit payment, your order goes into production.

6. What layout options are available?
We offer six standard logo layout options ranging from a 
single centered logo to all-over repeating patterns. We can 
also create a fully custom layout, solid colors, or custom 
patterns such as camo, tartan, or argyle.

7. Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes. We can match Pantone colors, or you can choose from 
our color card. CMYK and RGB values give us a starting 
point but Pantone numbers give us the most accurate match.

8. What file format do we need for our logo?
Vector files (.ai or .eps) print most cleanly. We can also 
work with high-resolution .jpg or .png files.

9. What is the pricing?
Premium Recycled Pandanas: 50 pieces at $4.25 each, 100 
pieces at $4.00 each, 200 pieces at $3.75 each, 500+ pieces 
at $3.50 each. Standard Neck Gaiters start at $4.00 each for 
50 pieces. Double Layer Thermal Gaiters start at $6.25 each 
for 50 pieces. No setup or design fees.

10. Do the gaiters come in retail packaging?
Yes. Pandanas are individually packaged in a 
printed poly-bag, making them suitable for retail sale.

11. What is the production lead time?
Approximately 3-4 weeks after receipt of payment and final 
artwork approval.

12. Is reorder time faster than the initial order?
Yes. Since the artwork is already set up, the art approval 
process is much faster on reorders.

13. Are custom orders refundable?
Custom orders are non-refundable once artwork is approved. 
Please review your order confirmation and artwork proofs 
carefully before final approval.

14. Where are the gaiters made and shipped from?
Orders ship from Boulder, Colorado. Our gaiters are 
manufactured by our long-term production partners overseas.

15. What are the payment terms?
100% payment is due with the order.
